Standard Pigment Dispersions
We offer a variety of water-based organic and inorganic pigments and pigment mixtures in our Reisperse dispersions. All Reisperse dispersions are produced to consistent strength and shade specifications for mass tone and tint. Our line of standard products includes dispersions with and without acrylic resin as well as with and without surfactants.
Our resinated dispersions are formulated with an acrylic solution resin chosen for its compatibility with a variety of letdown polymer systems, minimizing shock on letdown. They contain no high levels of glycol or slow amines that can hinder drying rates on ink and coating products. Reisperse Dispersions are easily pourable, offering stir-in convenience.
Reitech Reisperse non-resinated dispersions are formulated with pigment, water, surfactants and a small amount of non-metallic preservative. The types of surfactants used are chosen for their low affect on coatings properties, and levels in the dispersion are kept to a minimum.
Reisperse Dispersions are available in 1 gallon jugs, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and 275 gallon totes.
